Software, hardware and AI from one team

We build custom software, supply and maintain the hardware it runs on, and apply AI where it saves real time or money. One team plans, delivers and supports the whole system, so nothing falls between suppliers.

  • A written proposal before any work starts
  • You own the code and documentation
  • Support long after launch

Our services

Most projects need more than one of these. We plan them together, so the parts fit and one team stays accountable.

Software development

We design, build and maintain web applications, mobile apps and integrations, from the first workshop to years of updates after launch.

  • Web applications and customer portals
  • iOS and Android apps
  • Integrations with the systems you use
  • Deployment, monitoring and maintenance

Software development in detail

  • Web applications

Customer portals, booking and ordering systems, and the admin tools behind them, fast and accessible on any device.

  • Mobile apps

iOS and Android apps connected to your existing systems, including offline use where the signal is unreliable.

  • Integrations and APIs

Connect accounting, ERP, CRM, payment and delivery systems, so data is entered once and reaches everywhere it's needed.

  • Internal tools and dashboards

Replace spreadsheets and manual steps with tools shaped around your team's work, and reports people actually read.

  • Modernising older systems

Move ageing software to a maintainable platform in stages, so the business keeps running while you switch.

  • Company websites

Fast, secure websites that your team can update without calling a developer.

Solutions that combine all three

Typical systems we design and deliver end to end. Each is planned as a whole, so the devices, the software and the AI work together from day one.

Industries we build for

The same three disciplines, shaped around the way each sector works.

  • Government and public sector

Citizen portals and e-services, records digitisation, secure networks and data centres, and AI that can run entirely on government premises. Delivered with the documentation and security reviews that public-sector procurement requires.

  • Retail and wholesale

Point of sale, stock control, online ordering and demand forecasting.

  • Manufacturing

Production tracking, connected machines and camera-based quality checks.

  • Healthcare and clinics

Appointment and records systems, dependable clinic IT and careful handling of patient data.

  • Education

Campus networks, learning platforms and portals for students and parents.

  • Logistics and transport

Delivery apps, warehouse scanning, vehicle tracking and route planning.

  • Professional services

Client portals, document automation and secure office IT.

One team instead of three suppliers

Most businesses buy software, hardware and AI from different companies, then spend their own time joining them up. Here is what changes when one team does all three.

Planning
Separate suppliers: Each supplier plans its own part, and you join them up.
With Texture9: Hardware, software and AI are planned together from the start.
When something breaks
Separate suppliers: Problems bounce between suppliers while you wait.
With Texture9: One team owns the problem until it's fixed.
Communication
Separate suppliers: Three contacts, three sets of meetings and updates.
With Texture9: One contact who knows the whole system.
Support
Separate suppliers: Three helpdesks and three contracts to manage.
With Texture9: One support plan for everything we delivered.
Changes
Separate suppliers: A change to one part can surprise the others.
With Texture9: We check the impact on the whole system before changing anything.

What you can expect

The same commitments on every project, large or small.

A clear scope and price

You get a written proposal with the scope, timeline and cost before any work starts, and changes are agreed in writing too.

Updates you can follow

Regular progress updates in plain language, with demos of real work rather than slide decks.

You own what you pay for

Source code, configurations and documentation made for you are yours, so you're never locked in.

Security from the start

Access control, encryption, backups and updates are part of the plan, not an afterthought.

Straight talk about AI

We recommend AI only where it beats a simpler approach, and test it on your own data before you commit.

Support after launch

We document what we deliver, train your team and stay available for fixes, changes and maintenance.

How we work

A clear path from the first conversation to long-term support.

  1. 1

    Discovery call

A conversation about your goals, your users, the systems you have and your timeline. We ask a lot of questions.

You get: A summary of what we heard and what we'd look at next.

  2. 2

    Proposal

We design the approach across software, hardware and AI, and work out what it will take.

You get: A written proposal with the scope, timeline and cost.

  3. 3

    Build and install

We work in stages, with regular demos and check-ins, so you can steer while it takes shape.

You get: Working software and installed equipment, stage by stage.

  4. 4

    Launch and handover

We go live carefully, train your team and hand over everything needed to run the system.

You get: Documentation, admin access and a team that knows the system.

  5. 5

    Support and improve

We monitor, maintain and improve the system under a support plan, for as long as you need.

You get: Updates, fixes and one contact who knows your setup.

Every project includes

  • One named contact from start to finish
  • A written proposal before any work starts
  • Regular demos and progress updates
  • Documentation and admin access
  • Training for your team
  • A warranty period on our work

Ways to work with us

Pick what suits the work. Many clients start with a project and stay on a support plan.

  • Fixed-scope projects

A defined result for an agreed price and timeline. We agree the scope in writing before we start.

Best for: New applications, office fit-outs and AI prototypes

  • Ongoing development

A dedicated team that keeps improving your product, planned in short cycles and billed for the time spent.

Best for: Products and platforms that keep evolving

  • Support and maintenance

A monthly plan for updates, monitoring, repairs and help when something goes wrong, for software and hardware alike.

Best for: Systems and equipment already in use

  • Consulting and assessments

Short, focused work: a review of an existing system, an infrastructure audit or an assessment of where AI could help.

Best for: Deciding what to do next

About Texture9

Texture9 is a technology services company. We build software, supply and look after IT hardware, and develop AI solutions for businesses that would rather work with one capable team than a chain of suppliers.

We care about the unglamorous parts as much as the launch: security, backups, monitoring and documentation that keep systems working for years.

Engineering
Software, hardware and AI built to be maintained, not just demonstrated.
Security
Least-privilege access, encryption and tested backups as standard.
Support
Help from the people who built and installed your systems.

Frequently asked questions

What kinds of businesses do you work with?

Small and medium-sized businesses, and teams inside larger organisations, that need software, IT hardware or AI built and looked after properly. If you're not sure we're the right fit, send us a short description and we'll tell you.

Do we need all three services?

No. Many projects are software-only or hardware-only. Having all three under one roof helps when they meet, for example an app that depends on devices in your building, or an AI system that needs its own server.

How much does a project cost?

It depends on the scope. After a first conversation we send a written proposal with a fixed price or a clear estimate, so you know the cost before any work starts. Support and maintenance plans are billed monthly.

Who owns the software you build for us?

You do. Once the project is paid for, the source code, designs and documentation created for you are yours. We tell you up front about any third-party or open-source components and their licences.

Can you take over an existing system?

Yes. We start with a review of the code or equipment, explain what we find and recommend what to fix first. Then we can maintain it, improve it or plan its replacement.

Is our data safe if you use AI?

We agree up front what data a model may see and where it's processed. Where data must stay in-house, we can run models on your own hardware. We don't use your data to train models for other clients.

Will you sign a non-disclosure agreement?

Yes. We're happy to sign a mutual NDA before you share the details of your project.

What do you need from us to get started?

A person who can make decisions, access to the systems and sites involved, and some of your team's time each week to answer questions and review progress.

Have a project in mind?

Tell us what you're trying to achieve. We'll ask the right questions and come back with a clear proposal.
