How long does a project take?
A focused internal tool can be ready in a few weeks; a larger platform is usually released in stages over several months. The proposal gives a timeline for each stage.
Can you work with our existing systems?
Usually, yes. We integrate through APIs where they exist, and through exports, imports or the database where they don't. We tell you about any limits before we start.
Where will the software run?
Wherever suits you: your own cloud account, a provider we recommend, or servers on your premises. We set up deployment, backups and monitoring either way.
What happens after launch?
We fix defects in our work during the warranty period agreed in the proposal. After that, a monthly maintenance plan covers updates, security patches, monitoring and small changes.
