2What we collect
The details you send us through the project form or by email (your name, email, phone and job title, your organisation and what you tell us about your project), the business details needed for proposals, contracts and invoices, and data you share with us during a project.
3Why we use it
To answer enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver and support our services, send invoices, meet legal obligations and keep our systems secure. We do not sell personal data.
4Data in your systems
When our work involves personal data in your systems, for example while building software, maintaining equipment or developing an AI model, you are the controller and we process that data on your behalf only to provide the service.
5AI and cloud providers
Where a project uses a third-party AI or cloud provider, we tell you which one and agree it with you before any of your data is sent to it.
6Retention
Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted after a limited period. Contract and invoice records are kept as long as the law requires. Project data is returned or deleted at the end of an engagement, as agreed in the proposal.
7Cookies
This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies and does not load third-party scripts.
8Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
