Frequently asked questions
Do you supply equipment only, or install it too?
Either. Most clients have us configure and install what we supply, so it arrives ready to use and documented, but we can also deliver equipment for your own team to set up.
Can you maintain equipment we bought elsewhere?
Yes. We start with an inventory and a health check, then add it to a maintenance plan like any other equipment.
What does a maintenance plan cover?
Scheduled check-ups, monitoring where the equipment supports it, and repairs with agreed response times. Replacement parts are quoted separately unless your plan includes them.
